This map shows the location of the Civil War era fortifications and earthwork batteries at Pensacola Bay. It was drawn to show the fields of fire of the various fortifications by a Union officer. The Advance Redoubt is not shown, but was located north of Fort Barrancas. The image is from the National Archives.
